A bit disappointed in this book. I've read the 4 previous ones. This one seemed to jump around a lot. And skipped huge periods of time. I generally love her writing, but felt she could have developed the plot a lot better. Despite that, though, I am reading book 6 now.

I have always enjoyed the Skye series, in truth all of Beatrice Smalls stories.this latest installment most of all. Flanna is loveable and fierce, a gal I can fall in love with!
I returned it> No plot, just sex scene after sex scene. How boring
This was certainly the best of the Sky Omally books. I really enjoyed the historical time frame and its relevance to the storyline.
Bertrice Small created quite a character when she decided on Flanna for Patrick. Once again with the history being inserted at times the story seems so real
Not quite up to her usual robust stories, the character development could have been so much more. The lush writing and hot sex were in evidence, but the relationship between the Hh, other than sex, would have benefitted from much greater character development.
I particularly enjoy authors who do serial books from different family members. This book I believe is the fifth of the series. It is well written brings all the family into play and allows the reader to know what happened to them even in the far past. Good read and historical in background. Enjoy.
