All I am left saying after reading this book and this trilogy is WOW, 'WOW' that was amazing, 'WOW' that book truly touched my heart and my soul, 'WOW' that book made me cry ugly tears and just 'Wow' I am so glad I finally decided to read this trilogy but be able to read them all together. BUt most of all 'Wow" what an amazing final book to such an amazing story and trilogy, outstanding job to the author bringing so many story lines all together and intertwining them to truly touch me and make me feel so many emotions, the very same emotions the characters were feeling in the story, such amazing writing right there

This truly is a story that is about life, life is not always easy, sometimes bad things happen to good people, sometimes people have had to deal with more in a short amount of time than most of us deal in our entire life and some never get to live a full and complete life but what this books tells us is that there is a plan in life for each and everyone of us and that we don't know how long that will be but we need to appreciate what we have and life each day to the fullest.

"To be a star you must shine your own light, follow your path, and don't worry about the darkness, for that is when the stars shine the brightest"

In this book, once again Carlee is faced with a challenge, this time it's her health as we kind of saw a bit of that being hinted at in the end of book two. But how she handles it and the story of Kyliejo, a young girl she meets, her Rad Buddy truly touched me and of course made me cry or fight back tears at many moments. But Carlee truly proved how truly a 'special person" she was letting her brightness shine through.

'A journey of a thousand miles beings with a single step'

Through this book and to be honest this complete series, we see and get to be part of Andy's story, the thousand miles he has traveled and see every single step he has taken, starting off with the first time he sees his 'Bethy' through there many many years of ups and downs, to becoming a very important part of Carlee's life to many many years later moving past and trying to move on from the past to love again. When I started reading this trilogy, I thought it was Bethy's story but it was his story and the three great ladies he was fortunate to have loved and be loved by.

Once again this book and this trilogy wrapped it self around me, it made me feel loved and strength for Carlee and Kyliejo and the many more out there in real life fighting these battles. It made me stop to think and take a look at my own life. This story was filled with so much love, the life long love of soul mates, the love for a child and parent and the love of friends and family. There were some sad moments that brought tears but this book just wrapped itself around me a little bit tighter to give me strength and to heal my aching heart.

You're a place in my heart and it will never beat the same

This book and this trilogy have taken a place in my heart and now that I have read this amazing story it truly will never beat the same, every time I think of it, it will be bittersweet, I will remember the tears shed but also the smiles that were felt, those moments that truly healed the heartache and dried up the tears.

These were the first books of this author I have read and will definitely won't be my last, she has found herself a brand new HUGE fan!

This was such a beautiful ending to a beautiful story. From the very beginning of Rock and Roll never forgets I felt like I was reading about family. It was so beautifully written that every time I read about Bethy, I start to tear up. I couldn't imagine how When I Look to the Sky would pan out with an aging Rock star. I was completely blown away at how the story continued.
And now in this book, the story is complete. It was such a beautiful journey for Carlee and Andy. The reader traveled the journey full circle with the characters. The tears started to flow at 2% into the book! I have to admit that I am sad that the story has ended because I want to know about the new addition of characters, but I am happy that I got to sit back and enjoy this incredible ride. Thank you Barbara Stewart for making the characters so real to your readers.
This trilogy spanned decades. It was a story about Andy Steve's the rock god. It was about love, lose, death, sickness, family and friends.
I started the books thinking it was a story about Beth and how she fell in love with Andy. I was so wrong. It felt like she only played a small roll in the series but was ultimately always there and the reason behind everything,
The story was slow at times for me. I think it focused on cancer and illness more than I wanted. There is nothing wrong with that but I thought it would be more about rock and roll.
The final book in this series touched my heart as much as the first two novels did. The characters that I fell in love with and watched go through different trials while in tears finally get the peace they deserve. Carlee is such a strong character when faced with difficulties. I found myself routing for her to come out on top simply because of the out look she took on life. Kylee-Jo took my heart and had me shedding a many of tears for her plight. This book is about healing and learning to deal with what life throws your way. Your attitude and personality might not change the outcome of a situation but it might be what helps someone going through similar circumstances feel better about life. Andy finally learns to let go of Beth and learn to live with his love for her while also being open to new possibilities. This series has allowed the readers to grow and mature with the characters and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
Feel Like Makin Love is the final *sniff* book of the Rock and Roll Trilogy and the end of Andy Stevens' journey. This book was utterly amazing!! This series was not just about Andy's journey through love, loss, moving on and growing but his daughter Carlee's as well.

Life hasn't dealt her the most fair of hands, and in this book we witness her personal trials and tribulations, but it's her can do attitude, fighting spirit and love of life which helped her navigate the choppy waters and made her the person she became! It's also the unconditional love from Andy that even thought she is Not his biological daughter, but as she told him "Any man can be a father. But you, you are the best Papa I could ever imagine, and I can't imagine my life without you. You are a place in my heart."

She is the beacon of light that everyone is drawn to, like a moth to a flame or better yet, a butterfly.

Andy has come full circle in this book. Ready to start living but still needs that push or permission to really move on. He will never forget his Bethy because that was a love like no other. But he knows in his heart she would want him to be happy and not be alone for the rest of his life. This book requires a box of tissues so be ready. It is beautifully written and this story will stay with you...forever!
